The trustees will hear two information items. The first will be a comprehensive report on Summer 2017, encompassing academics, enrichment, and facilities. The second will be the monthly budget monitoring report for July.
As is usual practice at the first board meeting of the new school year, the board will review and vote to give final approval of superintendent authorized summer 2017 purchases. The trustees will be presented with Part I of the purchases.
There are no first or second briefings on the agenda.
Board action will be taken on three items. Trustees will vote to approve an auxiliary finance subcommittee, a superintendent evaluation tool task force, and the 17-18 board meeting schedule.
